2007 Sales

Due to the Foot and Mouth outbreak in Surrey, the main Texel breeding sales were postponed by a number of weeks. This affected the trade of some of the top breeders’ rams as by the time the sales did come around many pedigree breeders had already programmed their ewes for breeding and needed rams before these sale dates.

The sales we had worth noting were down at Worcester where 2 rams by Teilo Mathonwy sold for 1’350gns and 1’100gns there were also a couple of good four figured ram lambs sold privately to breeders’ and our Kelso consignment of shearlings sold extremely well off farm. Huge thanks must go out to our valued loyal customers.
